Really nice, so grateful to find this hotel with affordable price
The room is spacious,even we have 4 big luggage with us we can still open it, The view from hotel just great It’s near by bus stop to go to kyoto station or shijo kawaramachi. Just love to stay here for our past night in Japan
It's a bit of a hassle having to go to the 1st and 2nd floors to use the microwave.and also we have to wait for a bit longer to use the lift to take us from to 10th floor to 1 floor or 2nd floor

Perfect Hotel in Kyoto in a peaceful neighborhood
The staff was friendly, and the location was ideal near Omiya Station. It was very peaceful outside the hotel building. The rooms were spacious for Japanese standards.
This is not about the hotel .... but the location only ...as it was 1.8 KM away from the main happening areas like Pontocho Park, Gion district, Yasaka Shrine ... I would reckon to book a hotel around the Kyoto-Kawaramachi Station or Gion-Shijo Station would save a lot of time when walking.

Spacious room and convenient location.
The rooms were very spacious snd comfortable. Good location close to 2 train stations. Convenience store directly underneath hotel and 2 very good supermarkets near hotel. Helpful staff.
